Prawns in Just Curry

Langostinos al Just Curry

A traditional curry that can be made in just 7 minutes. With the heads of the prawns we make a quick fumet that will give an intense marine flavour to our curry. The touch of lemongrass in Just Curry gives it a very Mediterranean freshness.

Ingredients

160 g of shrimp

½ onion

Just Curry

500 ml water

150 ml coconut milk

1 clove of garlic

1 piece of ginger

Olive oil

Cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat a little oil. Grate a clove of garlic and a little ginger and fry. (Minute 1)
  2. Finely chop ½ onion and brown it. (Minute 2)
  3. Separate the heads from the prawns, add them to the casserole, and peel the tails. (Minute 3)
  4. Add Just Curry, toast for 20 seconds, add water and coconut milk, cook for 1 minute. (Minute 4)
  5. Remove the heads from the prawns. (Minute 5)
  6. Add the tails and turn off the heat. (Minute 6)
  7. Serve with a little cilantro. (Minute 7)
